Lawyers for American Laws for American Courts (LALAC) is a working group of lawyers who support constitutional liberties for all Americans, and the American laws for American Courts Act in the following ways:
- Sponsoring ALAC as a member of a state legislative body
- Providing expert testimony for ALAC before a state legislature committee hearing
- Briefing legislators about ALAC and related constitutional and state public policy issues
- Engaging with ALAC as a member of the bar or state government in states where a version of ALAC is in force
- Supporting ALAC as grassroots citizen activists, providing briefings for local media, and researching cases
A number of law firms nationwide are now providing pro-bono assistance on behalf of LALAC. If you or your firm want to support the American Laws for American Courts Act, please contact us at admin@publicpolicyalliance.org
